Effective date: to be set before publication. This policy describes the planned first release of DayMarko. It must be reviewed and updated with the final production services before App Store submission.

Information DayMarko handles

DayMarko stores the account information you provide, such as your email address and display name, along with activities, goals, timer sessions, counts, counter events, notes, settings, and synchronization records you create.

How the information is used

The information is used to authenticate your account, synchronize your private records, calculate progress, restore your history, and provide reminders you enable. DayMarko does not plan to sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Storage and service providers

Account and synchronized app data are processed through Supabase. Some data is also stored locally on your device so core tracking can work offline. Apple processes Sign in with Apple when you choose it. Final provider details and retention periods will be listed before launch.

Notifications

Reminder permission is optional. Activity names are hidden from notification content by default. You can disable reminders in DayMarko or iOS Settings.

Deletion and choices

You can export the local data available on your device, sign out, or permanently delete your account from DayMarko Settings. Account deletion removes the synchronized account and associated personal records, subject to any retention required by law.
